Refund policy

Returns

Moss & Marsh Outfitters gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 10 days of receipt of your order. In order to begin the return process, please email us at mossandmarshoutfitters@gmail.com for instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • You entered an incorrect address during checkout. 
  • You ordered the wrong size. You can still exchange for the correct size.
  • The product is damaged, washed, worn or altered in any way.
  • It has been over 10 days since you received your item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it fit.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Exchanges:

Moss & Marsh Outfitters gladly accepts exchanges within 10 days of receipt of your order. In order to begin the exchange process, please email us at mossandmarshoutfitters@gmail.com for instructions.

The product must be in its original packaging or in new condition (unwashed and unworn). We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem it fit.

Exchanges may be denied for the following reasons:

  • The product is not in new condition.
  • The product is damaged in any way.
  • It has been more than 10 days since the product was received.

 Please Note:
-Customer pays shipping on exchanges. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We cannot send cash refunds. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items, special orders or personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
